Caribbean Emergence Institute

The Caribbean Emergence Institute is a facility through which the Rose Foundation supports civil society by enabling civil society organisations (CSOs),particularly, Not-for- Profit Organisations (NPOs) in Trinidad and Tobago and throughout the Caribbean to build and develop capacity by providing workshops, consultancies, and developmental activities.

Since its inception the Caribbean Emergence Institute stands as a knowledge-based support organisation for NGOs, Community-based Organisations (CBOs) and micro and small enterprises. Our programmes are under-pinned by our research initiatives to ensure relevance and innovation. The Rose Foundation’s legacy of 30 years is a hallmark of integrity and transparency and the formation of this Institute  has been geared towards creating an enabling environment for the overall enhancement of civil society’s effectiveness.
